Thuraiya Al Wahaibi is a Senior Project Engineer at Nama Power and Water Procurement Company (PWP) in Oman. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from SQU and is currently pursuing an MBA in Energy and Sustainability at Universidad Católica de Murcia (UCAM), Spain. Thuraiya specializes in developing large-scale renewable energy projects, that involves in the planning and execution of multiple utility-scale wind power initiatives that support Oman’s transition toward sustainable and diversified energy sources. Her expertise spans project development, technical evaluation, and integrating renewable technologies. Passionate about innovation and sustainability, Thuraiya is also dedicated to advancing knowledge sharing and capacity building within the energy sector.
