Alaa Al Kiyumi is the Head of PMO for the National AMI Project at Nama Electricity Distribution Company in Oman, leading the rollout of more than one million smart meters nationwide. With over 15 years of experience in the electricity sector, her expertise spans smart grid implementation, risk management, regulatory compliance, and asset optimization. Alaa holds an MSc in Electrical Power Engineering with Business from the University of Strathclyde and is an alumna of the ETIMAD and HEC Paris executive leadership programs.
